Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project, you must provide written notice of at least 72 hours prior to the start of the project. If you cancel a project before work has begun, any deposit paid is refundable in full. If you cancel a project after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable. In the event that we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments made to us for work not completed. In the event that we are unable to deliver the final work product due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any payments made to us for work not delivered. Please note that all refunds are at the sole discretion of Stampede Immersive. We reserve the right to make any refunds or adjustments as we deem appropriate.
