TERMS & CONDITIONS

   1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Stampede Immersive services. By using Stampede Immersive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use our website or services.

 

   2. Services

Our mixing facility provides post-production services for film and music, while our agency provides video production and promotion services for commercial clients.

   3. Payment Terms

For all projects, we require a deposit upfront to secure the job. We also offer deferred payments in three instalments, as follows:

 

• First payment: Deposit, due upon booking.

• Second payment: Due before we begin work on the project.

• Third payment: Due upon completion of the project, before delivery of assets.
  
  Up to 5 instalments can be arranged for projects worth $10,000 or more over a fixed term agreement.

 

If you fail to make a payment in accordance with the above terms, we reserve the right to withhold any deliverables until payment is received in full.

 

   4. Refunds and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project, you must provide written notice of at least 72 hours prior to the start of the project. If you cancel a project before work has begun, any deposit paid is refundable in full.

If you cancel a project after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable.

 

In the event that we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments made to us for work not completed.

In the event that we are unable to deliver the final work product due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any payments made to us for work not delivered.

 

Please note that all refunds are at the sole discretion of Stampede Immersive. We reserve the right to make any refunds or adjustments as we deem appropriate.

 

   5. Delivery of Work Product

Delivery of any work product, including but not limited to video, audio, and/or other materials, will only be made upon receipt of final payment. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until all payments are received.

 

We will make every effort to deliver the work product by the agreed-upon delivery date, but we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 

   6.Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our work product, including but not limited to music mixes, videos, and promotional materials, are owned by Stampede Immersive or our licensors. You agree not to use or reproduce any of our work product without our prior written consent.

 

   7. Liability and Indemnification

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our website or services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services.

 

   8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website or services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

 

   9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victorian Government.

 

   10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
